You now have the power to choose where your data is stored. Our SaaS platform offers data residency in two distinct geographic locations: the United States of America and the European Union.
As a customer, you can now choose where your data will be stored based on your preferences for regulatory or policy reasons.

The SaaS data residency location depends on when your order was placed:
For New Orders (or orders placed after December 1st, 2022): The data residency location you selected during checkout is the environment where your configuration is hosted. This location is confirmed in both your order and token activation emails.
For Legacy Orders (placed before December 1st, 2022): Your configuration is automatically located in the United States of America (USA) environment.
Based on the solution you have configured, it might be possible to migrate your configuration. If migration is not possible, you will need to revert your configuration, place an order on the shop for a token that will be valid in the European Union SaaS, and add a new configuration there. It is recommended to only do this once the SaaS subscription lapses to ensure you are not paying for two subscriptions simultaneously and to avoid conflicts between the configurations.
